We are here to assist you in developing your Strategic Plan to keep going, to go beyond your comfort zone and have courage to take advantage of a multiple prong approach to finding a new opportunity.

We can help you maintain your momentum when the initial energy of stepping out starts to wane and the self doubt starts to creep in, when you fear there is too much competition or frustration that your efforts aren’t yielding results as quickly as you anticipated.

Through your coaching partnership you will renew your trust, increase courage and fortitude to keep going, and learn how to best support yourself – emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually – to get what you want, find a job that allows you to express your talents, gifts and ability to impact the world as you want. We will help you get OnTarget to Make It Happen!

We offer three packages and can develop a program that meets your individual needs. Coaching sessions are usually done by phone to allow flexibility and convenience in scheduling. In person appointments are available upon request.

OnTarget offers several coaching packages to address your specific needs.

One-on-One Coaching (3/month)

- Three 45 -minute coaching sessions per month

- Phone check in as needed (5-10 minutes each)

- Email support

- minimum 3 month commitment

Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session

- One 45-minute coaching session

Women of Power - Group Coaching

- Meets once per month over the phone for one hour

- 2nd Monday of each month
