About UsBeverly Cohen is the founder and CEO of OnTarget Coaching, a coaching, training and professional development practice. She founded OnTarget, based on a desire to help women succeed in their careers, to share their gifts and shine, and to have jobs that support their career and life goals.
She has a long background in business, with a special focus in marketing and management in consumer goods organizations. She brings a powerful combination of management skills, entrepreneurship and a natural capacity to develop strong partnerships and to inspire others. Her passion lies in helping people find success by providing practical strategies and tools and coaching them to higher levels of effectiveness than they thought possible.
It has been said about Beverly, “Her strength is her leadership, strong customer focus and ability to get things done. Her commitment to client satisfaction is superb and regular client feedback was testimony to her efforts to engender their satisfaction and loyalty. She is a doer with a bias for action.” Beverly has a MBA in Marketing from Simmons School of Management and is a Certified Business Coach from the accredit Institute of Professional Empowerment Coaching and is also a Certified Counselor of the American Association of Christian Counselors.
She works with the non-profit organization, Dress For Success in creating their Career Center to help women achieve self-sufficiency and build a path to career advancement. Partnering with Simmons School of Management ,where she earned her MBA, she provides personalized coaching to their MBA candidates and Alumnae to enhance career success.
Beverly enjoys spending time with her family, reading and travelling. She is also active in her community serving as Youth Leader for the R.I.S.E (Reaching Into Self Esteem) ministry for young girls. "My passion for helping women is why I go to work every day."
