Beverly Cohen, is the founder and CEO of OnTarget Coaching, a coaching, training and professional development practice. A professionally trained Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF), she founded OnTarget, based on a desire to help women succeed in their careers, to share their gifts and shine, and to have jobs that support their career and life goals.
She has more than 20 years of marketing and business experience developing and implementing strategic programs. Beverly has partnered with Simmons School of Management where she earned her MBA providing personalized coaching to their MBA candidates and Alumnae. She also volunteers her time with the non-profit organization, Dress For Success in leading their Career Center and Professional Women's group helping women achieve self-sufficiency and build a path to career advancement.
